During the checkout process, you will be given an option to purchase ticket insurance called XCover, which is offered by the AudienceView ticketing platform, NOT by MCA. If you choose to purchase XCover ticket insurance, and later wish to make a claim for unused tickets, you will need to submit a claim through XCover’s website, as these claims cannot be processed by the MCA Box Office. The MCA Box Office does not offer refunds, but some tickets may be transferrable to other events in the same series.
