KS6: Small Forward is a performance turbocharged with the electrifying energy of a basketball match as we trace the extraordinary life story of Belarusian international-basketball-player-turned-activist, Katsiaryna (Katya) Snytsina, who makes her world premiere stage debut in the title role.

As one of the top three scorers in the history of the women’s EuroCup, Katya is a rock star in European basketball, the first and only popular sports figure in the history of Belarus to have openly come out as gay, who now lives in exile as an outspoken, frontline activist against the dictatorship in her native country.

Joined on-stage by DJ Blanka Barbara, a rising star in international clubland, audiences will be on their feet and bouncing to the beats of this soul shaking show about smashing glass ceilings and sporting records, standing up against dictatorship and championing freedom, and above all, being fearlessly true to yourself.
