The FSO season finale presents the fourth centennial commission, a work by GRAMMY and two-time Emmy-winning composer Carlos Rafael Rivera, alongside Igor Stravinsky’s The Firebird Suite. The program also includes Higdon’s blue cathedral and Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E minor, Op. 64.
