A laugh-out-loud memoir. Susan accidentally became a teacher after years of stand-up comedy and being fired
from almost every survival job. Her never-ending devotion to, " making it" kept her on a roller coaster of
instability, which ultimately landed her in the psych ward.
Susan Jeremy is a solo performer, stand-up, and playwright. She keeps her audiences laughing with many
characters, music, observations, and dry wit as a stand-up. As a solo performer, she writes and tours one-
woman shows that feature numerous characters she effortlessly transforms into. Her seventh show; Robert
Will Show You the Door (tales of being fired) is currently touring 2024 to Fresno, Orlando, Ottawa, Calgary and
Edmonton. She’s been featured in numerous comedy festivals such as Montreal’s Just for Laughs, Charleston’s
Piccolo Spoleto Festival, Dublin’s Gay Theater Festival, Edinburgh Fringe, and Vancouver’s Comedy Festival.
She is the recipient of the Best Comedy and Best Production award at Montreal Fringe Festival. Five time Best
of Fest- at these fringes; Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Calgary, Minnesota.
