Join artist Rebecca Schultz for a
conversation about her multidisciplinary practice and her exploration of the
interconnected ecosystems surrounding us. The 2024 Sawtooth National
Recreation Area Artist-in-Residence, Schultz makes paintings, prints, installations,
and public artwork using a range of materials, including soil and plants, to
cultivate wonder and repair human relationships with the more-than-human
world. Schultz has exhibited her work at institutions nationally, holds a BFA
from Rhode Island School of Design and an MFA from the University of New
Mexico, and has been awarded residencies in Canada, Iceland, Wyoming,
California and Ireland.
