Arcati into his home. Instead of literary inspiration, the
eccentric medium conjures Elvira, Charles’s mischievous
and very deceased first wife.
Willful and temperamental in
life and death, Elvira proceeds to create hilarious, haunting havoc as she attempts to sabotage Charles’s relationship with his current wife, Ruth, through a series of increasingly
chaotic events.
