Whether you dream of hitting the big screen or making it on the small screen, this high-energy six-week class is your chance to dive into the essentials of on-camera acting and bring your skills to the next level!
In this session, you'll learn the ropes of acting in film and television, from hitting your mark to mastering the subtleties of facial expressions and understanding how to work within a frame. This isn't your typical acting class...it's a deep dive into the real-world techniques that actors need to thrive on set.
Using age-appropriate scripts (for young adults!), we'll explore everything from script breakdowns and character development to improv exercises, audition prep, and more. Plus, you'll gain valuable insight into on-set etiquette and how to navigate the unique demands of film and TV production.
