Artists, teachers, and administrators are all invited to this two-part workshop where we will discover our inner sense/feeling landscapes and connect to our creativity. In the first session, we will explore multi-sensory play, trauma-conscious reflections, and practical somatic shifting tools. In the second session, we will use music, words, and the palate of our beautiful nervous systems to connect to our artistic selves. This workshop is intended for anyone who is curious about harnessing their nervous system for creation and connection in the arts.
