Designed for young people on the autism spectrum, this theatre class will encourage students to take on the roles of both designer and performer. Get ready to move beyond sock puppets and explore more advanced and theatrical styles of puppetry! In this class where you get to do it all, you’ll build skills in:
Creating distinct characters
Planning and executing an artistic project
Communicating with others in improvised scenes
Making bold and imaginative choices
…and more! On the last day of class, you’ll have a mini puppetry showcase for family and friends right in your classroom!
