Gain a unique perspective on the audition process by working with two instructors: actor and casting associate. In this three-week intensive, students will receive audition sides and work closely with actor and teacher, Justin Phillips, to strengthen their performances through scene analysis, character work, and on-camera technique. In week two, Casting Associate, Mikayla Cramer brings her casting perspective into the room, offering feedback on what is and isn't translating on camera and helping students make targeted adjustments to their work. The final session brings both instructors together for a candid discussion about the audition process, the New England casting landscape, and what actors can do to stand out in today's industry.

Designed for actors with previous training, this class offers a rare opportunity to experience both sides of the audition table while refining the skills needed to deliver stronger, more confident auditions.
