We all have experiences we want to share - sometimes with our families and friends, sometimes because we want to express ourselves and find out what the story has to tell us. Very often, though, we’re not sure where or even how to begin. In this supportive class, we’ll use a variety of road-tested techniques and prompts to get us started and to find the heart of our stories. We’ll write and do some sketching too. Then we’ll share and discuss, as we wish. By the end of the course, we’ll have some stories completed and we may find we’ve discovered new perspectives and insights in the process of writing. All you need to bring is a few memories, a notebook and pen!
