“…impressive musical talent and overwhelming passion.” - Faster Louder

Singer-songwriter Roesy—originally from Birr, Ireland, and now based in Australia—has shared the bill with international figures such as Bert Jansch, Ron Sexsmith, Paul Brady, Billy Bragg, John Martyn, Joan Armatrading, Davy Spillane, Donovan, Shane MacGowan, Paul Kelly, and celebrated Irish author Paul Durcan. His songs are scattered with flecks of old Appalachian blues and country, and fits effortlessly between Paul Simon and Hank Williams, with the power of an extraordinary voice all his own. A true storyteller, his melodies are impossible to ignore or dismiss, and show a personal honesty that is refreshing and best experienced live.

"Part Nick Drake, part David Gray - Outlines captures the spirit of a more considered life." - Folk Radio UK

Opening for Roesy is Irish singer-songwriter Peter Doran from Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. His fourth album, the self-produced "Outlines" has just been released to critical acclaim in Ireland. Peter's combination of vocals and melody create a natural intimacy, one that makes the listener feel as though he is sharing his best kept secrets with them.
