Taste of Bushwick will take place outside at the private street within the iconic Boar’s Head distribution plant in Bushwick: 24 Rock Street Brooklyn, NY 11206. Enter at the intersection of Bogart St. and Rock St. L train to Morgan Avenue

General admission: $40 (discounted $35 “hungry bird” tickets available if purchased before June 9). General admission ticket includes all food and drink at the event, plus entrance to the exclusive after-party.

For one night only, an incredible array of over 30 of Bushwick’s best restaurants, bars, and shops will gather on Rock Street to offer tastings of their food and drink at The 2nd Annual Taste of Bushwick, celebrating the vibrant culinary life of Bushwick, Brooklyn, and to benefit the neighborhood’s foremost performance venue, The Bushwick Starr. All proceeds from the event will benefit the 2015-16 Season of theater, dance, puppetry, and performance at the OBIE Award-winning, non-profit theater, which Time Out New York calls “one of New York’s best-curated off-off venues and Brooklyn’s hottest incubator.”

After the incredible success of the inaugural Taste of Bushwick last June, which took place inside The Bushwick Starr’s theater on Starr Street and featured tastings from 12 food & drink purveyors, this year, the event migrates off-site to Rock Street, the private street within the Frank Brunckhorst LLC (aka Boar’s Head) iconic distribution plant in Bushwick, to accommodate more food and drink purveyors and twice as many attendees.

Guests at Taste of Bushwick who want to “take the taste home” and support The Bushwick Starr with a donation above the regular ticket price can purchase a Taste of Bushwick Swag Bag for an additional $40 -- a limited-edition Taste of Bushwick tote, filled with over $200 worth of awesome local goods, including items from MOOD Magazine, Braven Brewing Co., Filthy Pig Soaps, YogaWorks, Hops & Hocks, Sweet & Shiny, and more …
