A fun and fresh approach to learning Irish dance! This class will introduce Irish dance steps while also drawing from modern dance concepts by incorporating arm gestures and torso movements to accompany Irish dance footwork. Lively Irish music will set the pace for a full-bodied modern dance warm up with a focus on improving overall strength and flexibility. No experience is necessary.

Students in all dance classes should wear shorts or workout pants and a t-shirt. For footwear, sneakers, ballet shoes or Ghillies are best.
