Through a mixture of theatre exercises, discussion and text analysis, Culleton will look at how the director works with actors and playwrights to create a piece of theatre which engages as powerfully as possible with an audience. The main play explored will be Underneath by Pat Kinevane, who will join the masterclass for a discussion about writing and performing the play.
