The event is a semi-formal dinner celebrating the seven principles of Kwanzaa. With this event, the BSO aims to foster better relations among Black students at the University, as well as better relations between students of all races. The program consists of a cocktail reception, an opening address by a school administrator, myself, and the Organization's president, several artistic performances, and the keynote speech.
