Taste of Bushwick is an annual food party celebrating the eats, drinks, and merriments of Bushwick, Brooklyn, to benefit The Bushwick Starr.

Taste of Bushwick will take place outside at the private street within the iconic Frank Brunckhorst LLC (aka Boar’s Head Provisions) distribution plant in Bushwick: 24 Rock Street Brooklyn, NY 11206. Enter at the intersection of Bogart St. and Rock St. L train to Morgan Avenue

For one night only, an incredible array of over 40 of Bushwick’s best restaurants, bars, shops, and businesses will gather on Rock Street to offer tastings of their food and drink at The 3rd Annual Taste of Bushwick, celebrating the vibrant culinary life of Bushwick, Brooklyn, and to benefit the neighborhood’s foremost performance venue, The Bushwick Starr. This June’s Taste of Bushwick will be the biggest yet, with record attendance of nearly 1,000 people expected. With a giant tent covering the street, Taste of Bushwick is rain or shine!

Attendees can also “take the Taste home” with a Taste of Bushwick Swag Bag, which can be purchased for an additional $45 in advance or at the event while supplies last. A limited-edition 3rd Annual Taste of Bushwick tote bag is filled with awesome local goods, including items from FINE & RAW Chocolate, Sfoglini Pasta, Braven Brewing Company, Lofted Coffee Roasters, Hops & Hocks, and more, valued at over $100.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the 2016-17 Season of theater, dance, puppetry, and performance at the OBIE Award-winning non-profit theater, The Bushwick Starr, which Time Out New York calls “one of New York’s best-curated off-off venues and Brooklyn’s hottest incubator.”
