Classes Meet Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm (Performances for 2 week sessions are the second Saturday.)
NextStop's Summer Theatre Adventures are week-long theatre classes which follow a process-based curriculum to foster a life-long love of the performing arts. Each session is led and designed by highly experienced professional teaching artists, allowing students to explore every aspect of theatre week by week.
Audition Bootcamp (Grades 5th-9th) - July 2nd-6th
Class Description:
Learn how you can wow the director and land the part! A special four day (no class on July 4th!) intensive on all the skills, tricks, and tips you need to prepare for a great audition. From choosing monologues to how to dress, students will learn how to put their best foot forward whether it is for the school play or the Kennedy Center! The class can be taken as a stand alone class or as a great primer for the “Let’s Put On A Show” sessions.
