Disabled urban planner Bevi rolls into the Mayor's Office ready to make NYC streets accessible for people like her. She’s blonde, and so is the Devil Wears Prada-esque City Planning Commissioner she works for. Collectively they’re referred to as ‘The Blonde Squad.’ Bevi thinks she’s going to reform the city’s accessibility but instead finds her boss leveraging her disability in the negotiations for the creation of an elevated rail park.
