After registration is complete, a confirmation letter and program information will be mailed. After a student's participation is confirmed, all fees are non-refundable. Casting is done completely at the discretion of WHBPAC Artistic Staff and all decisions are final and not to be discussed.

WHBPAC reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior or attendance is deemed unacceptable. No refunds will be given for dismissal due to unacceptable behavior or attendance.

The program runs from September 24 - February 2. Rehearsal will be held for all cast members on Mondays from 7 9 -pm, and small groups and solos on Thursdays from 5:30 - 7:30pm, with an exact schedule TBD. Placement auditions will be held on Monday, September 24 at will be scheduled by appointment. First full cast rehearsal: Thursday, October 11 5:30 - 7:30pm. All participants will take part in technical rehearsals the week of January 28 - 31. Performances are on Friday and Saturday, February 1 and 2.
