Second Thought Theatre’s 2019 State of Mind – a true-to-mission, artistic evening with “surprise” at its centerpiece.

We invite you to join us as a sponsor/influencer of Second Thought Theatre's 6th annual fundraising event, State of Mind, on Friday, November 8, 2019 at Bryant Hall on Turtle Creek’s Kalita Humphreys Theater campus. Now entering its 16th season, Second Thought produces unique and intimate plays for North Texas audiences, showcasing established and emerging local actors, artists and risk-taking writers who boldly tackle the questions of our rapidly changing world – all for us to roll up our sleeves and explore.

Last year’s sold-out State of Mind funded more than one-third of Second Thought’s season budget. This upcoming season, with four productions and an increase in Equity contracts, Second Thought will have even more impact on the Dallas arts’ scene and pay artists more than other small theaters. A successful State of Mind event will enhance Second Thought’s ability to provide its artists more creative options and freedom. Your gift will truly make a difference.
