Studio Registrations

Dance studios paying by check should send one complete payment for all registrations. All student registration forms, liability/photo waiver forms and Studio Registration forms must be submitted with payment. No partial/ individual payments will be accepted. All payments by check should be made payable to: Howard Community College

  • $50/Student - Early Studio Registration (received by January 4, 2019)

  • $70/Student - Late Studio Registration (received by January 18, 2019)

​Individual Registrations

All student registration forms and liability/photo waiver forms must be submitted with payment. No partial payments will be accepted. All payments by check should be made payable to: Howard Community College.

PLEASE NOTE

After payment is processed, you can visit http://bit.ly/2018HCCDFRegistration to send PDF copies of your student schedule and waiver electronically to the HCC Dance Departmant. You will be able to submit multiple PDF forms, however you should save your copies of the student schedules and waiver in case they are needed on the day of the festival.  This information will also appear in your order confirmation email.
