Once County Film Company Presents
The Bloomington Premiere
Sunday, March 10, 2019 at 7:30PM
114 E. Kirkwood Ave.
Palace follows the family-fractured lives of a political-extremist auto-mechanic, a retired widower, and a repressed college student as their lives intertwine at a bar in rural Indiana.
The feature film is written & directed by Bloomington resident Andrew Paul Davis, and previously hosted its sold-out premiere at Indianapolis’ acclaimed Heartland International Film Festival. Its Bloomington debut will be held on March 10th, 7:30pm at The Buskirk Chumley Theater. A talkback with the director will follow the screening.
CineSportsTalk.com said of the film: “Its character work is sublime and acting is top notch.” Filmed partially in Bloomington, Palace is an honest and flagrantly Hoosier examination of generations crossing paths.
Doors will open at 7:00 for this general admission event. The screening is 94 minutes, and the talkback will be about 15 minutes.
