Teen storytellers will discuss how to become writers through games that help foster creativity. Practice with character, scene, and plot to strengthen writing skills, and also read some examples of great stories. We'll use the college-level technique of writer's workshop to help us get feedback on our writing. We’ll also work together to assemble our writing into a magazine to share with friends and family. Parents and guardians are invited to join us during the last thirty minutes of camp on Friday for a “magazine release” party.
