Wayne Messmer, “Chicago’s Original Voice of the National Anthem,” performs a Baseball Themed Jazz program with the Chris White Trio featuring the music of Vince Gueraldi from Charley Brown's All-Stars as an underscore for two original pieces on baseball for narrator/storyteller. Other classic baseball songs along with hip treatments of some tasty standards help to serve as the musical score for a program that is fun for the jazz lover as well as the baseball fan. This multi-media show features classic baseball images to accompany the music. This is a "must-see” for baseball fans as the MLB Post Season will be in full swing.
