Pigasus Pictures Presents
2019 Paul Shoulberg's Ms. White Light
Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 7:30PM

Buskirk-Chumley Theater
114 E. Kirkwood Ave.
Bloomington, IN 47408

Ms. White Light is the story of Lex Cordova, a young woman who counsels terminally ill clients who have trouble letting go. While proving uniquely talented in her ability to connect with the dying, Lex is at a loss when it comes to dealing with everyone else. When Valerie, a sharp-tongued free spirit who simply has no time for her own mortality, refuses to play by Lex’s rules, Lex is forced to question her own decisions, and must decide if the business of dying is truly worth it… even at the cost of living her life.

The film stars two-time Emmy and Tony winner Judith Light as Valerie. The cast also includes Roberta Colindrez, John Ortiz, and Zach Spicer. This is the second feature-length film released by Bloomington-based Pigasus Pictures and Ms. White Light has received wide acclaim after premiering at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas.

“Paul Shoulberg‘s Ms. White Light…(is) …a great film (that) features one of my favorite performances of the entire (SXSW) festival, Roberta Colindrez as Lex Cordova.” - Collider
