For those who are new to the pottery wheel or just haven’t done it in a while. Learn the basics (or get a refresher) on wheel throwing and glazing in this class. Students will first learn how to center clay on the pottery wheel and then learn to create basic pottery forms. Finished work will incorporate glazing and decorating techniques. Advanced students are also welcome to join our friendly community of potters! You will be encouraged as you practice your forms and learn new techniques. Students may repeatedly take the course to continually advance their development or explore techniques in more depth.
