Create a unique and functional artwork while enjoying wine and snacks. In this beginning – intermediate level mosaic workshop, students will have the opportunity to create an original mosaic design on the bottom foot of a wine glass or on a wine bottle stopper. Our insightful instructor will demonstrate the techniques needed to complete the design and provide one-on-one guidance as students work. A variety of colorful glass tiles will be available to spark creativity. At the end of the workshop the instructor will demonstrate how to grout a dried mosaic project. Students will then have the option to leave their project to be grouted by the instructor, or receive a complementary finishing kit that includes a small bag of grout and instructions for how to complete the design at home once it has dried. All supplies, two drinks, snacks, and choice of finishing kit or grout service are included in the cost of the workshop.
