Our annual day-long immersion for Irish language enthusiasts features music, film, and literary workshops honoring Irish labor’s contributions to the building of New York City. Learn protest songs, hear about the great Irish-born labor leaders like Mother Jones and John Sweeney, practice your conversation skills with a friendly and diverse Gaeilge community, and much more. Activities for the fluent Irish speaker include a special translation workshop led by Darach Ó Séaghdha of the Motherfoclóir podcast, presented in partnership with Literature Ireland’s 25th anniversary season.

Admission to Féile na Gaeilge includes a ticket to the evening’s Motherfoclóir show.
