We’re excited to welcome back Swingtime for their 16th Madison Theatre appearance! Our dynamic 20-piece ‘house band’ will celebrate this musical homecoming with a program of swingin’ hits from the Great American Songbook–all focused on the concept of ‘Home.’ Led by Artistic Director Steve Shaiman, the band will be “Flyin’ Home” with music of Count Basie, Tommy Dorsey, Gene Krupa, Harry James, and Stan Kenton, and their engaging vocalists will salute such ionic singers as Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, and the immortal Frank Sinatra.
