Award-winning slam poet and activist Bryonn Bain (CC'95) brings his multimedia solo performance piece, Lyrics from Lockdown, to campus. A searing critique of the American justice system, Bain's production is based on his own wrongful imprisonment for what he memorably termed (in a cover story for the Village Voice) "walking while black."
