Consilience:The Journal of Sustainable Development is proud to celebrate the launch of its 7th Issue with a special guest lecture and presentation by Majora Carter, the well-known environmental spokeswoman, on the topic Home(land) Security. Majora Carter, a Peabody Prize winning radio host, is currently the head of the Majora Carter Group, and is well known for founding Sustainable South Bronx, for which she was featured on TED on the topic 'Greening the Ghetto'.
