Memories of thrilling hunting adventures—and the epic feasts that followed—are the inspiration for this Global Tasting Tour adventure. The evening kicks off in Southern style with cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres. Then Louisiana native Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois will share tales that inspired his 5-course menu beginning with his signature cornbread madeleines made with heirloom grains and continuing with regional specialties like crawfish and game meats in an array of Modern-Southern preparations. The unforgettable night includes beer from Abita (honoring Jean-Paul's home state), Southern-inspired cocktails, and a final toast with bourbon—as many a southern gentleman would enjoy. You'll leave with a special gift in hand as well as a new appreciation for Low Country cuisine.
Your receipt will act as the ticket to your selected event.

For each dinner, the menu and beverage selections are determined by the restaurant. No substitutions or special requests can be accommodated.
Ticket price is all-inclusive of meal, tax, and gratuity. By participating, individuals agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Open to MasterCard cardholders who are legal U.S. residents 21 years of age or older. Cardholders will be required to reserve this Priceless Experience using their MasterCard card. MasterCard is not responsible for transportation to or from the event or other incidental costs related to the event. Void where prohibited.
Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. Condé Nast Traveler and MasterCard reserve the right to cancel the event due to circumstances that would make the event non-viable. If Condé Nast Traveler or MasterCard cancels the event, ticketed guests will be notified by Condé Nast Traveler.
Reservations are not transferable. Attendees must check-in with the name on the original reservation and provide a copy of their RECEIPT on-site at the event in order to gain entrance.
A photographer and videographer may be on-site. With your ticket reservation, you grant automatic permission for Condé Nast Traveler and MasterCard to use photographs and video from the event, which may or may not include photographs and video of you, in promotional materials.
