Chef Bill Kim has accepted his own invitation for the Condé Nast Traveler’s Global Tasting Tour. For one night only he’ll be doing something entirely new. Designed to delight adults and kids alike, bellyQ will take a detour from its Asian classics to offer a one-night-only menu of American barbeque favorites with a twist. The fun-filled evening will feature beef ribs, corn bread with kimchi & bacon, and cole slaw with nuoc cham and mint—plus cocktails for the adults and refreshing drinks for the kids. Chef Kim will kick off the festivities with a hands-on spring roll demonstration inviting kids to invent their own spring roll. The winning creation will be featured as a special on the bellyQ menu for a day! At the end of the night, everyone’s a winner with a gift from the chef.
