Come run with Columbia University - Engineers Without Borders for our 1st ever 5k Fundraiser! We will be starting at Furnald Plaza on Sunday, April 27th at 9am sharp and proceed through Riverside Park. Check-in will begin at 8am.

Your $10 registration fee includes admission to the 5k, a free t-shirt, lots of swag (including water bottles and bags),water and refreshments, and much more. You will also be entered into a raffle to win gift cards from Book Culture, Massawa, Famiglia, and more! Our 5K Fundraiser will reach all members of the Columbia community in an effort to raise money for our trips this coming summer. CU- EWB is a student chapter of Engineers Without Borders USA, an organization dedicated to implementing sustainable engineering projects in developing areas. CU-EWB currently has three programs in Ghana, Morocco, and Uganda. The Ghana program is working on latrine and water distribution systems; the Morocco program has implemented a suspension footbridge and is working to install a water distribution system; and the Uganda program has installed six multi function platforms up to date and plans to install two more in the coming summer.
