is an American journalist and political commentator, and long-time op-ed columnist for The Washington Post. He is a Senior Fellow in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institute and an NPR, MSNBC and PBS commentator.
Rabbi Ari Hart is a co-founder of the social justice firm Uri L’Tzedek in New York which seeks to engage the American Orthodox community in social justice. He also writes on Judaism, social justice and spirituality for the Huffington Post, the Forward, and the Jerusalem Post.

The founding editor of Moment Magazine and Mazon: A Jewish Response to Hunger, Fein's 900+ essays, articles and columns have appeared in The New York Times, The New Republic, The Nation and The Jewish Daily Forward.
