Chicago Tap Theatre is proud to present ShoeStrings, directed by Rich Ashworth. Based on simple word association, ShoeStrings is created around the concept of "strings." Starting by joining tap dance with stringed instruments and exploring more abstract concepts involving everything from children's toys to modern physics, ShoeStrings experiments with strings through a kaleidoscope of choreography, improvisation, story-telling, and live music.
