As we are one third of the way through construction on the New Irish Arts Center, it is such an important time to bring everyone together who cares about Ireland and her cultural legacy and celebrate the amazing women in our orbit! To that end we are hosting our third annual Claddagh Circle Luncheon Celebrating the Women of Irish Arts on Monday June 10th, a wonderful afternoon paying tribute to all the amazing women of Irish heritage in New York City in the company of Irish Arts Center's great Leading Ladies. We are excited to honor two incredible women of Irish theatre and film, Fionnula Flanagan and Aisling O’Sullivan, (currently starring in The Ferryman and King Lear on Broadway, respectively), in a room full of incredible talent and passion for Irish arts and culture. As you may know, the Irish Claddagh symbol represents loyalty, friendship and love, so we use it to represent our most loyal friends with whom we love to share the very best of Irish culture! In addition to special events like our upcoming luncheon, Claddagh Circle membership also includes VIP seating to over one hundred performances all year long, with dedicated concierge service, special invitations to opening nights, artist meet and greets, behind the scenes events, and much more.
