The Brewsters:
This prologue to The Women in the Woods is set in the mid-1800’s, where we find the Brewster sisters alive and...not quite well. When one of the sisters goes rogue, a wave of unusual and unsettling events ripple through the town. A local girl named Lizzie is swept up in a magical power struggle and forced to face some hard truths about her family.

Listeners will be transported into the past, and landmarks on IU’s beautiful campus will be given new meaning in this fantastical world created by local playwright Emily Goodson.

Recommended Ages: 14+
Estimated experience time: 55 minutes, including approximately 15 minutes of walking (non-walking time estimate: 40 minutes)
Additional Information: There are seating options at many locations on this walking route. You will be walking in a wooded area near the creek, so bug spray is recommended. If you are driving to campus, we recommend that you park at the Jordan Avenue Parking Garage.
