Summer Family Musical Fund 2024
It's Summer Family Musical time here at LCT! This musical production casts families together in a show - putting parents, siblings, cousins, best friends, and all sorts of families on stage together to create a very special experience. In its 20+ years, the Summer Family Musical has grown bigger and brighter than ever! What a lot of folks don't know is that this production has not only grown to be one of our largest over the years, but has grown to become LCT's most expensive. Enter the SUMMER FAMILY MUSICAL FUND...

We're asking you, our Summer Family Musical Family (and amazing supporters of LCT), to give what you are able to a fund that will not only sustain the Summer Family Musical but help this family favorite continue to grow for years to come! More than anything else, the SFM has always been about coming together to create something special and we know that together we can keep this special experience growing for years to come!
2024-2025 Annual Campaign
Your donations to LCT's Annual Campaign will help us continue to provide professional theatre and arts education across Kentucky and beyond! Annually LCT serves 60,000 people across the Commonwealth and is proud to hold the designation of THE STATE CHILDREN'S THEATRE OF KENTUCKY.
Alexandra Simpson Arts Education Capital Campaign
At the age of four, Alex began participating in programs at LCT. As she grew, Alex continued to take classes and later perform in LCT Discovery productions. From her star roles as Annie and Lucy in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, to smaller but equally memorable roles in Shrek the Musical, Seussical, and Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Alex’s presence was a delight to her fellow actors, directors, and LCT staff. Everyone who met or worked with Alex was charmed by her personality, intelligence, hard work, and giving nature.

Alex loved theatre and the arts and knew the impact the arts have on the lives of young people. The arts make us human – they teach empathy, creativity, and kindness – qualities Alex had in abundance. LCT is honored that Alex chose to continue to support LCT with a memorial gift. To honor Alex’s life and impact on our organization, the arts, and this community, LCT will establish the Alexandra Simpson Arts Education Capital Campaign. With Alex’s lead gift, we look to kick off this campaign to keep LCT vibrant and vital. With Alex as our guiding light, we look to raise $500,000 to help LCT continue to be a beacon for arts education in Central Kentucky.

Through Alex’s gift, LCT will honor Alex and her legacy by ensuring that young people have access to theatre and the arts for years to come.
