Key Chorale’s newly released album features two world premiere recordings commissioned from composer Ola Gjeilo, including the title track ARISE commissioned to accompany the aerial ballet of NEA National Heritage Fellow Dolly Jacobs at the 2017 Smithsonian Folklife Festival Cirque des Voix® performances, The Lake Isle II commission by Key Chorale, as well as other works by Ola Gjeilo and contemporary composers highlighting themes of beauty, transformation and sacred harmony. Cost of CD includes $3 S/H fee.
Invocations, produced by Key Chorale in 2010, features a wide variety of lush contemporary choral music. It includes music by beloved composers such as Eric Whitacre and Gwyneth Walker, as well as two commissions by Key Chorale, "Three Days by the Sea," by Gwyneth Walker, and the world premiere recording of "Invocations: Prayers for the Earth," by composer and conductor Dale Warland. It also features Sarasota Orchestra principal clarinetist Bharat Chandra on several instrumental solos. Cost of CD includes $3 S/H fee.

Key Chorale, Sarasota’s only symphonic chorus, led by
Artistic Director Joseph Caulkins, produces high quality collaborative
musical events that engage and enrich our community. The
“Honoring Heroes” project is Key Chorale’s chance to honor first
responders with Stephen Paulus’ Grammy-winning composition
Prayers and Remembrances, commissioned for the 10th anniversary
of the 9/11 tragedy. 

When you register to sing, you will have the once
in a lifetime opportunity to:

• Rehearse and perform with a professional conductor and
members of the Sarasota Orchestra
• Learn award-winning, challenging contemporary music
 that is rarely performed
• Build and enrich your musicianship skills
• Expand your knowledge of vocal technique through
master classes
• Be part of a collaborative artistic experience that
honors our community
• Celebrate your love for choral music with 150 other
