Junior Belle and Beau Fundraiser
The APG Junior Belles will be selling tickets for a raffle prize of a beautiful chocolate brown leather Jon Hart tote from Surprises gift store. Monogramming is included. $250 value. Tickets are $10 each, or $25 for 3, and may be purchased thru the APA website.

Drawing will be held on June 12th at the Abilene Philharmonic Guild Gala!
Annual Fund
Each year the Abilene Philharmonic Association receives support from loyal patrons and generous friends. These gifts celebrate the extraordinary APA and ensures its legacy for many years to come. With ticket sales only covering about 30% of the Philharmonic’s annual revenue, donations to the Annual Fund allow the Philharmonic to continue providing world-class music for the community of Abilene and the Big Country.

Mozart Society
The Mozart Society is for Philharmonic enthusiasts in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who enjoy exclusive events, unique networking opportunities, and live professional symphony orchestra concerts. Named after Mozart because of his young rise to fame, this group caters to young professionals who are looking to become more involved in the success and sustainability of the Abilene Philharmonic.

Benefits of the Mozart Society:

•One ticket to all seven concerts *
•Free access to four Mozart Society Events.
•Discounted Child Care during Concerts.
•Opportunity to attend Legacy Society Holiday Party.
•Recognition in concert program books.

The Mozart Society is a $30 monthly membership ($50 for couple) for individuals between the ages of 20-49 years old.

Legacy Society
Legacy Society members have pledged generous support of $1,250 or more for each of three years. Their philanthropy helps the Philharmonic plan ahead, in addition to providing much-needed support for each of the concerts throughout the year. Legacy Society members are invited to attend receptions at concert intermission and they enjoy each other’s company at special Legacy Society events.

Benefits of Being a Legacy Member:

• Invitation to meet with Maestro Itkin and Guest Artists in the Green Room during intermission.
• Recognition in all concert program books.
• Opportunity to sit on stage during a rehearsal.
• Invitation to four exclusive Legacy Parties.
• Notification and invitation to all education and outreach activities
Abilene Youth Orchestra
The Abilene Youth Orchestra (AYO) is a full symphonic youth orchestra that provides a unique opportunity for the most serious and talented young musicians in the Big Country to perform advanced musical literature that will challenge and inspire them to continue their musical education. The AYO not only serves as a performance opportunity for young musicians, but, also provides a cultural education for them, their families and friends.

The primary purpose of the AYO is to provide the finest quality symphonic training and performance opportunities for young musicians in a professional environment by promoting advanced music education and the presentation of beautiful symphonic music to all residents of the Big Country. The AYO actively pursues the finest musicianship, and welcomes socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic diversity, recognizing that in diversity is strength.
Nelda Hodges YAC Application Fee
To enter the competition, an eligible applicant must submit all of the following:

1. Completed application form

2. A legible photocopy of your birth certificate or other satisfactory proof of birth
date.Can be emailed to, mailed, or brought on the first day of the competition.

3. A non-refundable entry fee of USD $25.00.
Baby Music of Abilene
The Abilene Philharmonic is excited to offer Baby Music of Abilene in partnership with Suzuki educators Joyce McGlaun and Caitlin Clark! This program is a part of the Philharmonic’s Academy of Music initiative to reach students of all ages beginning as early as infancy.

The Philharmonic is thrilled to offer this important class at such an affordable rate because of grants from Community Foundation’s Future Fund members and Mrs. Kaye Price-Hawkins. Tuition is $32 a month with a one-time registration fee of $20. (scholarships are available)
Guild Member Dues
Membership to the Philharmonic Guild is $50 a year and you must have an active Philharmonic season subscription.

• Guild members meet nine times each year between September and May to enjoy performances by local music talent in beautiful homes of members, share news of upcoming events, fellowship, and lunch.
• Guild volunteers help coordinate out of town student seating for the Philharmonic’s Discover Music Children’s Concerts in October.
• The Guild plans and hosts the Philharmonic’s Gold Medallion Ball as the organization's major fundraising event.
• Guild members oversee the planning and execution of the Belles and Beaus program.

Belles & Beaus Dues
$100 per student, 8th grade-11th grade; $200 per senior, this covers their tickets to Ball- senior and guest.
