Ochre House Theater is pleased to present the premiere of an Ochre House Theater original, DREAMING ELECTRIC, by Kevin Grammer. ~He was a man ahead of his time, a visionary and an inventor during an exciting and prolific era when the Industrial Revolution was transitioning into the Modern Age of electricity. Some thought he was eccentric and insane, however, his ideas in engineering and science were so profound that, even today, we cannot fathom some of his revolutionary inventions. This genius of a man is Nikola tesla. DREAMING ELECTRIC, written and directed by Kevin Grammer, celebrates Tesla’s extraordinary life and asks how such a remarkable man ended up alone and penniless. Steampunk Night Wed, Nov 2, 2016. Running Oct 29 – Nov 19, 2016.
