Idaho Modern and Herman Miller will be hosting Lucia Dewey Atwood, Director of the Eames Foundation and an Eames granddaughter. She will be speaking about her work with the Getty Center and the Eames Foundation to conserve and preserve the house and landscape.

The building is a landmark of mid-20th century modern architecture located in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles. It was designed and constructed in 1949 by husband and wife Charles and Ray Eames to serve as their home and studio.

A limited number of VIP tickets will be available, providing an opportunity to dine with Lucia Dewey Atwood at Bittercreek/Red Feather Cellar after her presentation. Cost for the VIP event is $80 and will include admission to the presentation and a reception including heavy appetizers and intimate conversation with Dewey Atwood and other mid-century enthusiasts.
