Parking is NOT available at the Visitor Center. Parking is available in the Lumberyard Lot - a municipal lot at 244 Elm Street (across the street from the Karl Chevrolet Dealership), approximately a 5 minute walk from the Visitor Center. Parking passes entitle you to unlimited all day parking in the Lumberyard Lot and are recommended to ensure a timely arrival to your tour. Parking passes can be purchased for $4.00 at checkout for tours occurring on Monday, Thursday and Friday. Please select “parking pass” at ticket checkout to have parking pass included in your order. All parking is free in this lot on Saturday and Sunday and parking passes are not required. Please note that while other parking lots are available in New Canaan, the lot at 244 Elm Street is recommended for visitor use. Please print your E-ticket which includes the pre-paid parking pass and place on the dashboard of your car when parking in the recommended lot. 

All children must be at least 8 years old, be accompanied by an adult, and have a tour ticket to attend. Visitors are transported to the site in a shuttle. Car seats and private cars are not permitted which excludes infants and younger children from visiting.
