New York, NY 10014

Please join for a virtual safe space gathering with Psychiatry Resident Bronwyn Higgins to discuss coping mechanisms and feelings in this uncertain time. This is an informal space to share feelings and ideas.

Bronwyn Huggins is a Fourth year psychiatry resident at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she also completed her medical training. Originally from the Bahamas, Bronwyn has been in New York since the age of 18 when she arrived to attend undergrad at Columbia University, and serendipitously made friends with Alana Weiss, fellow thespian, turned RattleStick board member. Bronwyn majored in Art History at Columbia, but found her true calling after several years of volunteer work with adults and high schoolers through the NY Cares initiative. Psychiatry has been her passion since she entered Medical school and her future plans include a fellowship at NYU in July, in Women’s Mental Health.
