Head Over Heels tells the story of several romances in the Kingdom of Arcadia. Philoclea, the youngest daughter of King Basilius and Queen Gynecia, falls in love with Musidorus. Her father is unhappy, however, because Musidorus is a common shepherd. Meanwhile, the king’s oldest daughter Pamela falls in love with her handmaiden. When their kingdom falls into danger, the royal family sets out on an outrageous journey to save their beloved kingdom from extinction—only to discover the key to their realm’s survival lies within each of their own hearts.
