It is the distant future - the year 1984!...ish. Russian forces have invaded the US but a poor understanding of geography has left one tiny state unoccupied. Armed with righteous anger and a few ukuleles, rebel forces are gathering. Those commie bastards are about to wake up to a RHODE DAWN!!!
