FringePVD 2024 Early Bird Application Fee $45.00 - 1	FringePVD uses a non-juried, lottery process to ensure the festival is a cross-section of all sorts of performance from Providence, Boston, New York, and beyond. WE WANT YOU TO PARTICIPATE. The more fantastic artists there are performing the bigger and better the festival will be. While we'll do our best to have every single artist that applies in the festival, because our festival is lottery-based we cannot guarantee that everybody who applies will be able to perform. PLEASE NOTE in addition to the application fee, all artists accepted into the festival will be required to pay a one-time production fee ($145 for IN-PERSON, or $35 for ONLINE/STREAMING performances) to cover venue rental, technical assistance, house management, marketing/publicity, and festival services. APPLICATIONS: Early Bird Artist Applications will be accepted January 15 - March 15, and Regular Artist Applications will be accepted March 16 - April 15. For both Early Bird and Regular Artist Applications, there are two steps which must BOTH be completed in order to successfully apply for FringePVD: •ONLINE APPLICATION FORM: The first step is to submit the Online Application Form, by answering a series of questions about your specific project. •PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE ONLINE: Applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee, paid via our OvationTix system. It is important to complete this second step as soon as possible following the submission of your online application. All applications and fees must be received on or before the due date of April 15.
