DESCRIPTION OF PIECE
This selection of short plays by H. Avery explores themes of trans-ness, disability, and the surreality of present conditions in America.
Featuring FATSO GOES TO MCDONALD'S (recently published with Smith and Kraus), DO NOT RESUSCITATE (winner of Cypress Productions' New Plays Now 2024/ finalist with Spectrum Theatre Ensemble) and a new premiere, these selected shorts turn big ideas into bite-sized comedic chops. See you in McDonald's purgatory.
Featuring Alexander Boyle, Michael Yussef Greene, Jenna LaBombard, Alexis Elisa Macedo, and Anne Wilding
Fatso Goes to McDonald's contains mentions of suicide and may be distressing to audiences who have experienced disordered eating patterns. Please email averyhannah@yahoo.com with any questions.
